What We Do
Care Coordination
Help Me Grow Butte helps connect local families with the services they need to help their child grow and thrive. The Help Me Grow Butte Care Coordinator connects with families to learn more about their unique situation and fit them with behavioral, developmental, and parenting resources and services that best meet those needs. Our Care Coordinator understands that being a caregiver is difficult and is here to help navigate the systems in Butte County, so you and your family receive the care you deserve.
A First 5 Butte County funded service
Help Me Grow Butte is funded by the First 5 Butte County Children and Families Commission. First 5 Butte County Children and Families Commission works collaboratively with partners and community members to build a healthy, integrated system of support for young children and their families and caregivers.
